Voters in Alabama and Mississippi may still be split on which Republican they want in the White House, but they agree on this much — in their minds, President Obama is a Muslim.
A stunning 66% of Mississippi respondents to a survey done ahead of Tuesday’s presidential primary have bought into the false notion that Obama worships Allah, Public Policy Polling reported Monday. Some 36% said they weren’t sure.
In Alabama, 45% responded in the affirmative when asked the same question and 41% said they weren’t sure, pollsters found.
Obama is a Christian. But many conservative Republicans just refuse to believe that despite ample evidence to the contrary, pollster Jim Williams said.
“I don’t have an explanation for that,” said Williams. “All I can say is that we have looked at that in other places in the past and it’s never really gone away. You’re dealing with an extremely conservative portion of the electorate in two extremely conservative states.”
Mississippi and Alabama are also deeply religious states that generally rank at or close to the bottom in most state education rankings.
Sixty-six percent of Mississippians surveyed by PPP said they didn’t believe in evolution as did 60% of people in Alabama, the pollsters found.
And in these states, Rush Limbaugh is an admired figure, with 53% of those polled admitting to having a favorable opinion of the right wing rabblerouser. The figure was 51% in Mississippi.

Some people think Obama is a Christian? Based on what?
Got me.
If I’m not mistaken, Obama has been quoted to say “There are many ways to God”. If he truly IS a Christian, he would not say this.

We have a Marxist President with a radical agenda foreign to our heritage with his finger on the nuclear trigger. His paternity and citizenship are suspect. He takes great pains to hide his background from us. He was educated by Muslims, Communists, and at Harvard. He emerged into the public eye from the cesspool of Chicago politics. As a “community organizer”, he got poor folks on the dole and squandered taxpayer money in a failed attempt to subvert public schools to an ideological agenda. He attended a Chicago Church whose hate-America Pastor is a foul-mouthed servant of Satan. He is close friends with known terrorists. He admires and bows before oil potentates and tin-pot dictators. (We have pictures.) He treats America’s traditional allies with contempt. He hates Jews, Israel, America, and Whitey. He lies so easily and so often it is troubling. Based on his past & current associations, Barack Obama would never even qualify for a DOD Security Clearance; now he is Commander in Chief and fecklessly taking steps to disarm us in the sight of our enemies. Does that make you feel safe at night? Fellow Patriots, Barack Obama is a danger to your Life, Liberty, and Property and a disgrace to American ideals! Barack Obama deserves only our scorn and contempt, not our vote.

WHAT ample evidence???? He may or may not be going to a gathering place that calls itself ‘Christian’...or he may be a closet Muslim....or he may be an atheist...in no case have I seen “ample evidence” that he is a true practicing Christian.

Obama is not a Christian, he’s an atheist and openly holds contempt for people who are religious.
Look at his assault on the Catholic Church, or the fact that he never even attends a church unless he’s in dire need of a photo op.
He doesn’t hold any contempt for any other religion besides Christianity.
That’s why he appears to side with Muslims.

More importantly take a poll of Muslims to see how
many think Obama is a christian and how many think
he’s muslim.
