Holder’s DOJ Implements Critical Race Theory In Texas

Eric Holder’s Department of Justice has issued an objection to Texas’ voter ID requirement. As the Associated Press writes:

The Justice Department conveyed its objection in a letter to Texas officials that was also filed in the U.S. District Court case in Washington between Texas and the department. Justice said Hispanic voters in Texas are at least 50 percent more likely and possibly more than twice as likely as non-Hispanic voters to lack a driver's license or a personal state-issued photo ID, which the Texas law requires.

Meanwhile, across the country, James O’Keefe III has released video showing just how easy it is to participate in voter fraud in Vermont, since no photo ID is required. He is even offered ballots by polling officials after giving them the name of dead folks.

So why is the Holder DOJ so intent on stopping Texas’ voter ID requirement? Because the Holder DOJ is dominated by a soft variant of the philosophy of critical race theory. The DOJ contention goes something like this: a law must be racist if it has varying impact on different classes of people. It must be designed to uphold the white supremacist hierarchy. Thus, even a law of neutral applicability – meaning a law that applies equally to everyone, like showing your ID to vote – becomes a racist measure. The system itself is corrupted, even though the law is clearly not racist on its face.

That’s the basis of the DOJ’s letter. And that’s why the DOJ seems so unconcerned with voter fraud, while cracking down on voter ID: only laws that make special provision for different groups (in this case, Hispanics) should be implemented.

Tell little Eric to sit on it and twirl. He’ll go find Obama to lend him a hand.

Holder’s Justice Department spends more time suing states than it does looking for the documents Issa wants.

Saw Perry on O’Reilly Factor last night and he criticized O’Bummer and spoke of State’s Rights, but Laura Ingram (subbing for Bill) missed the boat by not asking him what he planned on doing about this issue.

Mr Perry should stop the export of electricity, and oil outside Texas for 24 hours. The rolling blackouts would serve notice the DC needs Texas, Texas does not need DC.
I hear the Chinese pay gold for oil.....

Maybe it’s better that Gov. Perry doesn’t share that information with the public yet. Knowing how the Obama smear machine works, he might be planning to ‘surprise’ them.

Why don't they object to the disparity in crime, which is DIS-PROPORIONATELY commited by "Holder's People", as evidenced by the prison population compostion?

(Oh....that's right....the poor blacks and Hispanics can't get good lawyers, so they go to prison more often).

Photo ID is always produced to get BENEFITS, but somehow becomes "hard to produce" at the Voting Location?

The ONLY reason somebody does not have a drivers lic, or a state ID is if they are hiding from the law. A normal personn cannot function properly in society, without one or the other.

Me - Well since the government is so fond of "studies" I'm sure that there has been some study conducted that support's the DOJ's position.

Myself - What's that? There's no study at all? It's based on what?!

And I - You sure he isn't talking about illegal Hispanics? I've known Hispanics all my life and they've all had ID...even the ones who told me they were here illegally and weren't worried about getting sent back to their home country.

talking to myself out of necessity

So what if Texas just told Holder to go pound sand? I’d love to see someone stand up to these Marxist Bast@rds.

Anyone care to try and define Critical Race Theory based policy as separate from national socialism, i.e. “Fascism?”

We now have fascists running our country.
