The death penalty certainly is on the table for this offense, if he is found guilty. I don’t have a problem with that, but I -do- have a problem with holding the trial in Afghanistan. The trial should be back here in the US.
I agree. The trial should be held in the United States.
I have a problem with that. The man was on his 4th deployment, had a brain injury and had problems at home. The army had no business sending him into a war zone.
