3 ... 2 ... 1.... Eric Holder stomps on states rights.

It’s the will of the people, vs. the will of the ruling class. Holder and/or a judge will bodyslam this one just as in Texas and Wisconsin.

Ole Eric somehow was able to say that our TX voter ID requirement was null and void, even though it passed in both houses of the TX Congress, and was signed by the governor.

It is going to be a little tougher for Holder to come after Pennsylvania. We don't have a loophole for Fedzilla to use since we are not a former Confederate State and never practiced Jim Crow.
Not that will necessarily stop him, but it could complicate it quite a bit.
The truly sad thing is that Corbett could also be signing our electoral vote allocation bill now to change the award method to two at large and one for each congressional district had our Quisling GOP Chairman Rob Gleason not testified against it last fall. It would have actually done more to lower the incentives for voter fraud than this bill.

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett is expected to sign one of the nations toughest voter identification lawsToughest? How much tougher than "here's my name & picture on an ID" does it need to be?
The fact that there even HAS to be a law requiring that you prove you are who you say you are to vote, is sad.

When they pass these laws they should set up funds and a system to expedite and deliver ID’s to anyone that has a need (at no charge) to take the argument away that the minorities, poor, and immigrants are affected.

I will be more than happy to bring my ID to the polls with me (and all those ladies know me on a first-name basis)
To: martinidon
I believe that provisions for free ID’s for the genuinely poor already exist.

Supreme Court Ruled in 2008 that states have the right to ask for a photo ID.
We need one to visit the Statue of Liberty, Check out a book form NYC Public Library system.
Need a photo ID to vote in any SEIU or AFL-CIO elections.
Both Columbia and Berkley require photo ids to attend events.

Why on earth do we need ID for EVERYTHING else, but voting? Yes yes, a rhetorical question.....but still revelant.

Holder can't. This isn't one of those Southern states mentioned in the Voting Rights Act that gives the Feds authority to approve every single election change.
This is big, IMO. Pennsylvania will go red without voter fraud.

I read that Georgia will give photo ID to citizens for free. The state will even send a van with the photo ID equipment to your home to give you the free ID if you want it. There is no excuse for not having photo ID at the polls.
To: ConservativeInPA
The House should bring impeachment against Holder for not upholding States rights.
