NEW YORK Michelle Obama chose an off-the-shoulder Marchesa gown for her duties Wednesday night as hostess at a White House state dinner honoring the British prime minister and his wife, David and Samantha Cameron.
It was a deep shade of teal in a draped, column silhouette.
The designer of the gown, Georgina Chapman, and her husband, movie mogul Harvey Weinstein, were guests at the affair, but they didn't know Mrs. Obama was wearing one of Chapman's designs when they arrived.
"I'm knocked out!" Weinstein said.

Looks like Obama thinks he’s on one of his “man dates”....with his hand on Cameron’s back. He took him to a b-ball game and now dinner......

Nice gown, but what’s with the enormous bauble around her neck? It detracts from the gown.

The dress Mrs. Comeron has on is hideous.
Mickey’s dress is to long, and the necklace should have been a simple one strand, one jewel.
The dress is better than most but as always she over does. Who are her handlers, do they just not like her?

My motto is “an axe handle wide or she don’t ride” but I could never do THAT to my Harley.

He’s standing on her dress! And why is she all slumped over? That would be a pretty gown if she’d only stand up straight.

Did you notice that Barry is stepping on moochle’s train. Maybe I am out of it, but the only train dresses I have ever seen are on brides or queens during a special occasion.

She always wears heaps of necklaces with her evening gowns She probably has a full bottle of perfume on too. It's part of the Ubama "identity".
