Butts began her time in Washington as legislative counsel to Sen. Harris Wofford of Pennsylvania, and assistant counsel to the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund. She went on to serve as both deputy director and general counsel of the Democratic Policy Committee under then-House Minority Leader Gephardt, a position she described to The Washingtonian in September 2001 as being “Gephardt’s eyes and ears.” As Gephardt’s expert on information technology and judiciary issues, she became the Democratic Caucus’s counsel during the Clinton impeachment hearings. She also advised Gephardt in his 2004 bid for the presidency.

This nit wit Commie Pinko loves hitching her wagon to losers. Wofford got his clock cleaned by Santorum, Gephardt lead the House Rats to a crushing defeat in '94 and now she is with a President that can't get above 45% in approval polls. This broad is the kiss of death for politicians.

I have scrutinized the stills from that video, enlarged them, messed around with them and I can’t be 100% certain but I am almost positive that is MO.

On the video, the hand movements with those ultra-long forearms are telling (00:11) ... and, of course that chin/jawline.

Yes, and not only are her arms long, they are extremely odd, EXTREMELY! Her wrists and forearm are very oddly shaped and so thin they almost look as if she had polio or something, but her upper arms are big. The woman in the video has the same very unusual, almost deformed looking, arms.
