President Obama took a shot at his opponents over their criticism of his energy policy during a speech at Prince George’s Community College in Largo, Maryland. “Now, here’s the sad thing. Lately, we have heard a lot of professional politicians, a lot of the folks who were running for a certain office, who shall go unnamed, they’ve been talking down new sources of energy. They dismiss wind power. They dismiss solar power. They make jokes about biofuels. They were against raising fuel standards. I guess they like gas guzzlers. They think that’s good for our future. We’re trying to move towards the future. They want to be stuck in the past!” Obama exclaimed to cheers from the crowd. “If some of these folks were around when Columbus set sail, they probably must have been founding members of the flat earth society. They would not believe that the world was round!”
“They probably would have agreed with one of the pioneers of the radio who said, “Television won’t last. It’s a flash in the pan,” Obama added, and gave a laundry list of people proven wrong for downplaying innovation.

That is something that scares me more than the man himself, that is the crowds of dummies that cheer wildly at every condescending word and stupid statement that comes out of the man's mouth. Reminds me of listening to the Bill Maher clips, what creeps me out more than Maher himself is the crowd of people cheering and laughing hilariously at every piece of crap that comes out of the man's mouth. I am worried that we are becoming outnumbered by these people.
It is the libtard environmentalists and their anti-economic progress policies who are responsible for the energy crisis and the high cost of energy in the first place. They have been responsible for a highly successful campaign against additional oil supplies and other sources of energy such as coal and nuclear energy.
Thought he was at war with the 1%ers like Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, Gates and all the other inventors in America. This sounded like throwing a bunch of sludge against the wall and hoping for the best.

I went back to visit my old high school, Friendly Senior high, in Prince Georges county a few years ago, next door to Oxon Hill and Surrattsville. I attended before bussing.
My brother stayed in the car with the doors locked. It was almost all Holders’ peeps. They’d added a nursery annex. The police visited while I was there and hauled someone off. They had gone to a dress code to stop gangs wearing colors. The football teams were still good.
Bro’ Bam Bam was jus’ preachin’ to the celestial choir. Everyone knew it was all just horses***: they would have cheered anything that came out of his north or south end.
Who is it who has little to no interest in space? Obama has no interest in setting up shop on the moon. Maybe it is his religion that stopped such. Or his pandering to the moon god worshippers. I hadn’t thought of that before. Obama wants to kill birds and dot the countryside with giant metal windmills.
