I personally don’t think the GOP intends to win the white house. Things are too much of a mess and they don’t want to catch hell for doing what needs to be done.

Plus, the desperation created by a second Obama term would allow them to give us a candidate that makes Romney look like Reagan.

Do you really think this nation could survive four more years of Obama?

I’ve had similar concerns. I sometimes feel a lot of the Beltway types in the GOP think it’s better to bide their time and take back the White House in 2016. They figure Obama in 2012 will be tough to beat, so why not wait? In 2016 Obama will be done, and Biden isn’t likely to be a viable candidate, leaving the door wide open for the GOP.

Now, I don’t feel that’s a sound strategy at *all* for those of us who’ll bear the brunt of Obama’s policies the next four years. For the pro political types who will prosper regardless of who is at the helm, however, it’s probably appealing.

I personally believe the GOP elite are all hard core democrat socialists. They are the DNC...

If Obama has four more years, the country is finished.
