Executive Order “National Defense Resources Preparedness”, in effect nationalizes all the energy, food and water currently existing on American soil.
The EO is cunningly covered under the auspices of Peace Time Martial Law at the discretion of one man.
Although now posted on the Drudge Report, at the time of this writing, only scant reportage on the Web about the signing away of liberty and individual rights.

Like OUR military (who the Cretin-in-Chief) has screwed in A-stan, and not called soldiers while calling the slut, while simultaneously trying to screw them out of their retirement and medical benefits ...will actually obey this slug.
Sorry, folks, but if that septic piece of Obamastuff would try this, methinks our soldiers - remembering their oath to defend the Constitution (not the t*rd in the White House) against all enemies, foreign and liberal - would surround the White House...not us.

I agree w/you my friend. What obombo doesn’t realize is that our constitution requires our military to defend it, not who happens to be president at the time. Also, congress would intervene and override his e.o.

Will any of them list the EO’s they would expunge from our republic?
I am tired of this flaccid campaign, too little or nothing of substance is being said by the candidates.
Newt comes closest, but even he is too timid so as to not be labeled as “Radical” and/or “Extreme”.
I am tired of the niggardly effort being made to revive our republic, it’s time for some one to man-up and make a true stand.
They can start by announcing their VP choices now, not later.

(a) “Civil transportation” includes movement of persons and property by all modes of transportation in interstate, intrastate, or foreign commerce within the United States, its territories and possessions, and the District of Columbia, and related public storage and warehousing, ports, services, equipment and facilities, such as transportation carrier shop and repair facilities. “Civil transportation” also shall include direction, control, and coordination of civil transportation capacity regardless of ownership. “Civil transportation” shall not include transportation owned or controlled by the Department of Defense, use of petroleum and gas pipelines, and coal slurry pipelines used only to supply energy production facilities directly.
(b) “Energy” means all forms of energy including petroleum, gas (both natural and manufactured), electricity, solid fuels (including all forms of coal, coke, coal chemicals, coal liquification, and coal gasification), solar, wind, other types of renewable energy, atomic energy, and the production, conservation, use, control, and distribution (including pipelines) of all of these forms of energy.
(c) “Farm equipment” means equipment, machinery, and repair parts manufactured for use on farms in connection with the production or preparation for market use of food resources.
(d) “Fertilizer” means any product or combination of products that contain one or more of the elements nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium for use as a plant nutrient.
(e) “Food resources” means all commodities and products, (simple, mixed, or compound), or complements to such commodities or products, that are capable of being ingested by either human beings or animals, irrespective of other uses to which such commodities or products may be put, at all stages of processing from the raw commodity to the products thereof in vendible form for human or animal consumption. “Food resources” also means potable water packaged in commercially marketable containers, all starches, sugars, vegetable and animal or marine fats and oils, seed, cotton, hemp, and flax fiber, but does not mean any such material after it loses its identity as an agricultural commodity or agricultural product.
(f) “Food resource facilities” means plants, machinery, vehicles (including on farm), and other facilities required for the production, processing, distribution, and storage (including cold storage) of food resources, and for the domestic distribution of farm equipment and fertilizer (excluding transportation thereof).

My blood pressure is rising at the arrogance of this man. However, before it boils over, I want to see independent confirmation from at least one other source.

I think it might be more accurate to say he’s inciting a second civil war. He better be careful what he wishes for.
A civil war conducted by WHOM!!?? What I see in America is people who have NO passion for freedom, NO passion for liberty and are willing to take whatever is handed out to them as long as they don’t miss the latest episode of American Idol or Survivor!!
Our rights, freedoms and liberties have been slowly chipped away from us over the past several decades and, from those of us who OWN this government, nary a peep!!
So, give me a scenario that will bring people other than a liberal rent-a-mob to the streets to make zero back down.

I don't think you have been keeping up with current events. Obama has shredded the Constitution and been allowed to get away with it. He has increasingly been bypassing Congress to "rule" by EO and the Congress is full of so many political cowards that NONE of them are willing to challenge him.
Take off your rose-colored glasses and see this country the way it REALLY is, NOT the way we THINK it is SUPPOSED to be!!!
