It seems Obama and Holder want to railroad an Hispanic in Florida for something that was instigated by a “hoody wearer” (See Heraldo interview also see Uni-bomber sketch before you go racial). From witness statements it appears Mr. “Hoody wearer” may have been kicking Mr. Zimmerman’s ass before getting shot. We weren’t there and the facts no longer appear relevant.
Just for clarity, following witness statements, no PC was found for an arrest.

Wrong! Arrests aren't based on probable cause, they're based on whether, or not there's a case in hand. At this point there's loose ends to tie up. The case will be presented to the grand jury. The grand jury will make the determination of whether the racist will face charges and what charges they might be, and it will convene on April 10.
The facts are always relevant. The facts are that Zimmerman was armed and confident in his ability to use that firearm. Martin ran. Zimmerman pursued. Zimmerman would have pulled his gun first if he was in fear of an attack. He didn't. He played the poor victim game that he started. He instigated the attack with the pressured pursuit of Maritn that included a confrontation with an extremely inflammatory verbal assault of racial slurs. Martin was legally standing his ground, not Zimmerman. Zimmerman was simply a criminal assailant.
