Didn’t Corzine testify to Congress that he didn’t know where all the investors money went?
He could be brought up on some perjury charges, as we see he did know and direct money to be transferred out.
Whether he faces any legal issues is doubtful because he’s a good Democrat.
I know of some baseball players that lied to congress and faced charges for lying under oath....so I don’t see much of a problem in having him appear in front of a Grand Jury. There are fifty different state attorney generals who ought to be just as happy to do the job, if the US Justice Department isn’t capable of doing it.
