The killing of an unarmed black teenager in Florida became a presidential campaign issue Sunday as David Plouffe, senior adviser to President Barack Obama, fired back at Republican presidential contender Newt Gingrich.
On Friday, Mr. Obama spoke out for the first time on the killing of Trayvon Martin, saying, “If I had a son, he would look just like Trayvon.”
Mr. Gingrich, speaking Friday on Fox News’s “Sean Hannity Show,” called Mr. Obama’s statement “disgraceful,” adding, “Is the president suggesting that, if it had been a white who’d been shot, that would be OK, because it wouldn’t look like him?”
On Sunday, Mr. Plouffe called Mr. Gingrich’s comments “reprehensible” in an appearance on ABC’s “This Week.”

I’m glad at least that somebody is calling Obama on his making political hay out of the incident. Regardless of what people thought about the event itself, how could even other blacks have been pleased to hear Obama come out with his usual “I,I” “me,me” type of comments again?
But with Obama, everything is all about him, and he uses anything that comes his way, shamelessly. (Remember how he exploited the shootings in AZ?) And nobody ever calls him on it.

Meanwhile, Santorum jumped on the anti-Zimmerman bandwagon. I just don’t get it.
Saintorumn has convicted Zimmerman without a trial.

That is all obama is ... “community organizer”. There is nothing Presidential about obama ...from the way he skips down the ramp of a plane ... to every speech given that does not have a ‘blame’ placed on President Bush ... to lying about our oil drilling .... to spending my money, flying around the country bashing Republicans.
