Republican Sen. Mike Lee of Utah will endorse GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney on Monday, a Romney campaign source confirmed to CNN.

Lee, a popular figure in the Tea Party movement, will be the first member of the Senate Tea Party Caucus to endorse the former Massachusetts governor. Romney previously received the support of most of the Utah congressional delegation, including Sen. Orrin Hatch and Representatives Jason Chaffetz and Rob Bishop.

Endorsing Romney is saying, “I wanna give nobama four more years to complete the destruction of my country.”

If Romney is the nominee, not voting for him is a vote for Barack H. Obama.

Such endorsement by heavy weight elected conservatives (like DeMint, Toomey, Lee) might not affect (some) Freepers, but it will influence some conservatives who are on the fence about Romney.

He's a freshmen senator from Utah, and incidentally the youngest incumbent. He wants to be reelected in 5 years.

No sense anyone outside Utah holding it against him.

Romney endorsed Bob Bennett in the election, and Lee managed to win without him.
