n elderly Jewish man was murdered by an unknown attacker with a hammer Monday in the city of Fez.
The 74-year-old victim, whose name has not yet been released, worked in property management for rentals owned by other Jews.
According to reports in Moroccan media, the elderly victim was seen being hit repeatedly by a man wielding a hammer.
The murderer fled the scene. Police are investigating to determine whether the attack was nationalist or criminal in nature.
Critically injured, he died as he was being rushed to King Hassan II University Hospital.
Earlier Monday, thousands of demonstrators stormed the parliament building in the capital city of Rabat. The protesters torched Israeli flags and expressed anger at the presence of Israeli envoy David Saranga, who was in the city to attend a meeting of the Euro-Mediterreanean Partnership (EUROMED), in advance of the Global March to Jerusalem set for this Friday, an event scheduled for the Arabs' annual "Land Day" protest.
Saranga, who was expected to remain in the country until nightfall before flying to Brussels, instead was quietly escorted through a side door from the building. He was taken to the airport and immediately boarded a flight for Paris instead.

Picture it: it's like California. It's within 10% of Canada in western-facing ocean coastline, mountains, prime agro area, and population size. The police are actually investigating. They did actually take him to a hospital and try to save him. The royal family is still in control. But the entire region is going nuts while the cretins in Washington and the MSM applaud. Morocco will be in the past tense soon.

It’s all a matter of definitions. Islam is a Religion of Peace. “Peace” as defined by islam occurs when Muslims rule the world and have subjugated/eliminated all non muslims.
So it is perfectly accurate, in that context, to say that Islam is a religion of peace. They are carrying out the instructions of the Koran/Mohammed to the letter.
Just a matter of accepting their own definition. Too bad no one with a microphone/TV show will call them on it.
Morocco has been a relative oasis of peace and peaceful coexistence between Moslems and Jews since the creation of the state of Israel in 1948. Many Moroccan Jews left their country on Operation Magic Carpet for Israel, but many others stayed and prospered.
However, Moslem extremists, including an Al Qaeda affiliate for western Africa, have stoked the fires of the less educated, more fundamentalistic Moslems in Morocco. Just look at how many Morocco extremists have been involved in individual attacks in the US, England, and France, among other countries.
Remember, Moussaioui, the so-called 19th hijacker for 9/11, is a Moroccan, and someone wrote on the internet in an article that Moroccan extremists were among the worst in the world.
I hope that the good people of Morocco, and their King, continue to protect their minority peoples, as they have in the past. They have been among the most humane Moslems in all of Africa and they deserve the praise that they have earned for it.
PS: I have a Moroccan in my wife’s extended family. He was over the house yesterday with his new daughter. And he loves baseball.

Just a general comment to all: Think about it honestly. Think of every instance of the use of the ROP term and the people using it. Bush was trying to avoid Americans from depleting the American rope supply, but also, he is a friend of the Saudis. He KNOWS what Dal ar Islam means - “The peace of Islam”.
When the Palis, Hamas et all say to an American/english speaking audience “We only seek Peace with the Jews, and then say to a Muslim audience “DEATH TO THE INFIDEL!”, they are saying the EXACT SAME THING.
It’s just that most English speakers define ‘peace’ as getting along with the absence of violence. They define it as subjugation/killing of the non muslim.
So every time people ask “how can they claim to want peace with Israel and then rocket.kidnap/bomb them?”, there’s the answer. It’s been right in front of our nose the whole time, plain as day. But people just refuse to believe the words they are being told.

Binyamin Seriso, 73, was murdered in the Jewish Quarter of Fez, Morocco, by a man wielding a hammer and shouting Allahu Akbar. He escaped the scene. The dead man was a businessman who dealt in real estate.

As a young boy, I read a biography of General Patton. In it, it told how before he landed his army in Morocco, he worried that the Arabs would start a pogrom against the Jews in the absence of order, especially if he had to fight the French.
I thought, “wait a minute - the Arabs are supposed to hate the Jews because of Israel and the Palestinians, but Israel didn’t even exist at that time....”
It started a change in my thinking, even as a kid.

It’s been 11 years since 9/11, a day of infamy that dwarfed Pearl Harbor. There were some stirring speeches, lots of new enlistments, military victories and setbacks, and then everyone got bored and played a new game: Let’s forgive ourselves for once having been racists and elect an ass-clown who happens to be black.
