Mr. Lee, since you are obviously not very smart, let me offer you some advice:
Apologize to this couple posthaste and offer them some large cash (at least $100K) for their trouble. (News reports say they have fled the home in fear.)
Elderly couple, since you are innocent bystanders in this, I'd suggest you sue the crap outta Mr. Lee.
100k isnt enough.
They have to abandon their home now. They can never live freely there again.
My advice is for them to sue, seek a settlement, buy the home in the name of a Trust and try as much as possible to go off the grid.
