The making of this Kagan issue an issue of justifiable misogeny, which is against ALL women, is where the wrong turn was taken.
Well, although I don’t know what was in the heart of the original poster, I strongly suspect he was making a joke, and the comment shouldn’t be taken too seriously.
There’s probably a word for that, just as there are figures of speech such as a methaphor, or a simile. I can’t think what it is, though.
