Earlier today I spoke with Professor Randy Barnett of Georgetown University Law Center, who represented the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) in the court challenge to the PPACA, and who attended all six sessions as an observer on their behalf. We spoke about the dangers of making assumptions from oral arguments, the performance of Solicitor General Donald Verilli, and the impact of government regulation on smaller businesses versus larger competitors:

Very encouraging to listen to what the Prof has to say about the shock from those on the left who were cocooned in their belief this hearing would be easy!

Exactly. When you get all your news from the msm and ignore all the other news you are going to be shocked when reality sets in. Even the law professors who should know better got sucked into the liberal talking points.

The video takes for ever to provide ten seconds of sound. I left it run the course for a long time just to get cache the stream, but then it blurped and I had to start over again. After trying an hour later, still same deal. So I’ll skip on this one.

I believe the problem was due to their server not having adequate capacity to stream numbers of same video. I had no problems with other sites viewing multiple video sources with hardly any or no breaks in the video.
