My suggestion for the legislators....wear your hoodies from 10PM to 2PM out on the streets of your district. Just one night. My guess is that none of them have the guts to drive around town for four hours, in their hoodie, and make them seen by their adoring fans at that time day.
Or try to walk in any bank these days with hoodies, sun glasses, stocking cap, etc. - your butt won’t get past the front door...
but you will be able to walk into the CA Assembly hall...
