What the left truly worries about is that the ruling may be 6 - 3, but not in their favor. A 5 - 3 ruling in favor of throwing the whole aberration out! That would have them tearing their cloths in the streets.

I pray that Thomas gets the chance to write the opinion. If he does, get ready for the commie bastard in the WH's head to spin as he spit pea soup. Thomas may put an end to using the commerce clause to bypass the tenth amendment and set back Socialism by 80 years!
