Is it right to make death threats against George Zimmerman and his family? ABC News isn't sure. In a Good Morning America segment today on the Trayvon Martin case, as an ABC reporter spoke from Sanford, Florida, this graphic was displayed across the bottom of the screen:
"ARE DEATH THREATS GOING TOO FAR?" Video and screencap after the jump.
Oddly, neither Alex Perez, the new ABC correspondent on the scene in Sanford, nor news anchor Ron Clairborne back in the studio who introduced the segment, made any mention of death threats. Presumably, they were referring to reports such as this one, in which a Zimmerman family member says that Zimmerman's parents have received such threats. The New Black Panther Party has also offered a $10,000 bounty on Zimmerman, saying "an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth". What can you say about ABC, a network with an open mind about the propriety of making death threats against Zimmerman and his family?
See that parade of MORONS in NY?
One of the yahoo pictures of the cop, leaning on the mass of crowd barriers, was priceless. His look said, not this $#1t again.
Yes, I can see where they might be confused. NOT!
Yet telling an ethnic joke should get someone fired and subject to unending ridicule
These people are beyond sick
Where did they stand on the Giffords shooting? Did they try to blame Palin and her site?
The media is 90% leftist. There is no wrong or right with
them. Morals and ethics are sujective. We used to call people like this sociopaths....I still do.
subjective
Ya, if you have people in the media who are leftists, they don’t understand concepts of right and wrong. Since they are moral relativists, they can’t say that a death threat to Zimmerman is wrong. They can’t bring themselves to report that the Black Panthers have broken laws by putting a bounty on the head of Zimmerman.
I’m not sure that watching ABC might be going too far.
This is the same ABC that “outed” a 13 year old boy witness last week, by naming him in a printed article, whose testimony exonorated Zimmerman. The Intent was clearly for someone to get to the witness.
I feel like we’re spiraling down a black hole.
Sadly, I would wager that there is no mistake (even though ABC will lie, and claim that it was an error.)
Only slightly off topic, I would like to know whether there might be a level of involvement from the WH to the "news" media on the stories surrounding this event.
.
Because those words are “rayciss!” But putting out public hits on people with impunity, that’s really ambiguous /s
Well they sure find their “ethics” real fast when someone uses the “ethnic slur” “niggardly”. So they’re illiterate and ethically challenged.
Some people say that anyone who watches ABC should be shot. I don’t know if that’s going too far, I’m just saying. So don’t watch ABC.

The predator underclass is furious that their prey are shooting back.
They fear they’re losing their “entitlement” to rob at will.
When has the MSNBC Klux Klan scheduled the next Trayvon Martin Memorial Looting for?
While “news” outfits like ABC News, enjoy 1st Amendment ‘Freedom of the Press’ protections from government interference/censorship, these protections do not sheild them from civil lawsuits brought on by either private citizens or corporations for Libel, Slander or Defamation of Character.
It looks to me that if Zimmerman is either never charged or charged but later cleared of any criminal charges relating to the killing of Trayvon Martin, that he will be able to bring on one heck of a civil lawsuit against ABC News, both the organization itself and individual anchors/reporters, along with other “news” organizations.
