This clown seems to think the SCOTUS is irrelevant. If something is Constitutional (DOMA) they dare not say that it is. If something may be declared Unconstitutional (Obamacare) they dare not declare it so.

John Marshall created the rule that the Supreme Court has the final say on whether a law is constitutional or not...but he clearly meant there to be an unwritten proviso "unless there is a really brilliant President in the White House, in which case he will decide."
