Vanity: Hammer Attack in Winter Springs, FL

There was another attack where 2 black thugs are alleged to have attacked a 50 year old man in Winter Springs, FL. Not far from the Sanford case.

I wrote to the author of the article today, Gary Taylor, and asked 'when are they going to release the NAME fo the victim?' Here's his response:

The victim was white. It is Orlando Sentinel policy to not use race of people we write about unless it is pertinent to the story, such as the description of suspects or in the case of the Sanford shooting when the family of the victim made it an issue. If investigators determine this is a hate crime, we will use the race. The Sheriff’s Office has withheld the name because he is on life-support and will likely not make it.

So I responded:

I asked the name, not the race but this response just tells me there is hyper attention to race as evidenced by the race baiters in this country turning the Sanford attack into a race issue.

What you’re saying is though, is it only takes the family to scream race before you’ll print it as such. I guess since white’s don’t typically scream race this gets tossed in the trash bin as just another garden variety death by two thugs for no other reason than ‘it was fun’.

This is truly a sad day in America.

I doubt this will ever be classified a hate crime because I don’t think the victim will survive.

Let's make it even easier. Rather than pretending to investigate the inner motivation of criminal perpetrators, why not automatically categorize all interracial crime as "hate crime"? Assume all interracial crimes have a racial motivation. Sounds stupid, but at least it would be more a more equitable application of the stupid "hate crime" law than we're currently seeing.

According to the LIBERAL MEDIA...white on black crime is news...black on white crime is justified!! The media would say that it is due to whites owning blacks in the 1700s early 1800s...that they are getting even with whites. (Do I need a '/s'?)
