Obama’s little temper tantrum over the Supreme Court voting down his unconstitutional takeover of the health insurance industry may have awakened a sleeping giant — the Judiciary. Good lawyers know better than to tick off judges.
And your common graduate of Cleveland State University knows the Supreme Court rules on the constitutionality of the law. Apparently a Harvard education was wasted on the president because on Monday, the president said it was “unprecedented” for a “group of unelected people” to tell him no. Instead of studying John Marshall, Charles Evans Hughes and Oliver Wendell Holmes, Barack Obama must have been poring over George Wallace’s tirades against that “group of unelected people” in Washington.

What sort of 40-year-old American who is not a socialist blathers on about “negative liberties”? He wants unlimited government. That’s socialism. Judge Jerry Edwin Smith called him on that perverted view of constitutional government. Expect more of these confrontations, not less as Barack Obama has chosen anger, hate and spite as his re-election theme.

Obama and his wife both once held law licenses that they had to give up under questionable circumstances in the late 90’s.

And - for those ready to scream “racist,” I know and work with a good many African-Americans...all who have advanced degrees in STEM subjects...and all who (coincidently) are conservative.
And....NONE of those folks had to be a quota baby to pass...they actually have some intellectual talent.

Given his corrupt administration, lack of background records, Ayers plotting...would not be surprised if someone else did the work or took the BAR for him.
He obviously doesn't care enough about it, to let his license lapse.
We’ll never know if he really passed the Bar examine because it has been sealed like every other aspect of his life.
Just look at all the dictators of the last 100 years. They all followed the same path that Obama is following and 50% of our country can’t, or won’t, see it. I hope he really ticks off the judges in the hopes they will honestly look at his elegibility to be President.

I would love to read some of his writings and papers from his days at college...bet he can’t carry a coherent thought, much like the ‘wise’ latina he stacked the court with...it was embarrassing hearing her last week ask questions...the Supreme Court intelligence level has just sunk to a historic low point....dragged down by affirmative action know nothings....
Obama knows perfectly well that the federal judiciary can strike down acts of Congress. His remarks were directed at his brainless constituency, to rile them up and awaken them from their apathy.

Everyone is on his back over these idiotic comments, as they should be. However, I suspect the real story is his disdain for constitutional law, and that being the driving force of his remarks. It’s not a lesson in stupidity but elitism. We see here what another 4 years will bring.

I also read long ago, Obamas both lost their law licenses. And it was recently mentioned on another site...but wasn’t paying attention to get any articles. Google might help you find something but you’ll likely have to dig...anything about thier past is generally not easy to find if it’s negative.
I doubt this fool even went to school as he knows not the first thing about the constitution. He thinks of it as some kind of rules you would see at a public swimming pool.

Reminds me of the movie “Catch me if you can” Mr. Obama probably had a LOT of help in getting that licence. Part minority privileged via Affirmative Action, some strings (bribes?) pulled for him from high (& shadowy) places, and his young charm and promises of a bright future for everyone.
Poor Bill Clinton got shafted compared to the things this guy is getting away with. America deserves what it’s going to get if we don’t get our heads out of our asses and make sure this man is not re-elected. I did not know we had as a nation such a self destructive mind set. It’s more clear by the day we are a nation of sheep being led to the slaughter.

To put this into perspective, if you were a black Ivy League educated.lawyer in the 1990s you were solid gold rare commodity with the world at your feet.
You had the whole Ivy League and Harvard Lawyer protection squad to run interference for you to help dig you out of trouble.
Despite this, both of the two had to give up their law license's. This in Chicago, ground zero for institutionalized incompetence and corruption.
Walking away from a Harvard Law education is big, big deal so they must have committed something pretty egregious to forgo formal disciplinary action and the case against them must have been so airtight they had no hope of winning if they tried to fight their case..
I seriously doubt that there is another Harvard/Ivy League educated husband and wife team in the country who have both surrendered their law practice.
