Very simple solution to this. She is given 24 hours to produce that ticket, or the winnings will go to others who hold the winners. Not sure what the problem is here.

Legally a lottery ticket is a bearer instrument (like a check written out to cash). So unless she was smart enough to sign the back or it anyone can turn it in. The masses are going to tear that McDonalds off its foundation.

No, I don’t think it is. It was a 640 million jackpot, divided by three is 213 million or so, and then the lump sum discount gets you close to 105 million. Then taxes.
