M. Descoings was a well respective educator and innovator. As Director of Sciences Po for 16 years he tried to modernize Tge elite training school for the elite who lead the government.
DSK, once a prof at Sciences Po, had a sordid incident in a NY hotel room that ruined his chances to be President of France.
