Tribe is just kissing ass so he’ll be Obama’s next SCOTUS appointment.

I’m surprised he wasn’t his first...if he was female or minority, he would have been a shoo-in.

According to Wikipedia he is 30-27-3 in cases argued before SCOTUS and Federal Appeals courts, not exactly a steller record, it would seem.
