Who needs a Supreme Court?
Hernando Today (FL) ^ | April 8, 2012 | Staff

It is becoming more and more apparent that the present occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, Washington, D.C., is like a petulant child if he doesn't get his way.

To say that he is audacious is an understatement. He is more of a recalcitrant individual who, by the way, takes many liberties with the facts. His latest tirade against the Supreme Court of the United States is yet another example of a ruler, not a leader.

For a constitutional law professor, he must have been asleep when the class was studying the Constitution. He certainly must have never heard of Marbury v. Madison, which established the right of the Supreme Court to review laws, as passed by Congress, as to their constitutionality.

They have stricken over 150 laws passed by Congress as unconstitutional; it would seem that the facts are on the court's side. His misstatement that the health care legislation was passed by a strong majority is yet another example of playing loose with the truth and facts.

His very argument against the "unelected" group of people is how to demonize your opponent from the president's bible, "Rules For Radicals." His years as a community organizer educated him well in the art of demagoguery, lying and personal attacks.

How could the American people have voted such an unqualified, inexperienced and left-leaning ideological individual into the highest office in the land?

He’s a spoiled brat. He was mama’s little black baby that she brought home and grandma and grandpa and everybody spoiled him and gave him everything he wanted his entire life. Now, he can’t stand not “getting his way”.

Obama is more than a spoiled brat, he is down right dangerous. Steeped in Communism since he was a kid and schooled by Bill Ayers, Rev. Wright and other radicals, Obama’s ideal world is a totalitarian socialist state. He is ruling by decree not because he just wants his own way, but wants to be dictator and overthrow our Republic. Sadly our Republican leadership and even what cool heads are left among the Democrats are doing and saying nothing. The MSM is little more than a Ministry of Propaganda run by the White House. If Obama is reelected I fear he will kill what little is left of free speech through regulatory fiat, rule by executive order and continue to ignore Congressional authority. He should be impeached NOW, but no one will have the guts to do it until it is too late and we are living in a dictatorship.

I agree with everything you say except for the "impeach now", only because we are so close to an election. Impeachment proceedings might invigorate his base and even gain him sympathy from the stupid, wishy-washy fence-sitters in this country who might otherwise vote against him.

The important thing is to get him out of office. November is soon enough. That's where the focus should be.

takes many liberties with the facts

It never ceases to amaze me how commentators soft pedal the observation that this man is a bold faced LIAR. From day one .... sealed records from his past, forged birth certificate, forged selective service registration .... and virtually every speech and news conference. The president is a LIAR .... a trait admired by the followers of Islam.

Him, and his enabling 'RATS and RINOS (Republicans Implementing Nuances Of Socialism) in all states and in all races.

Likewise it is important to persistently refute those on our side who continue to mindlessly insist there is no difference between a certain RINO and Obama.

There are massive differences; it is critical the brainwashing - though (mostly) simply mistaken be refuted, over and again. Because it is wrong, even dangerous.

IMHO.

A certain RINO <> Obama. At all.

“he must have been asleep when the class was studying the Constitution.”

In fairness, it’s possible he was doing something more “useful” with his time during these classes, such as community organizing.

The primary’s not over yet, CNN. It’s too early to say what you just said, in my opinion.

Might be time for Scalia or one of the others to call the Hawaii Dept of Vital Statistics and start askin a few questions...

In all honesty, I think they KNEW he was ineligible, but were too scared of the consequences if they announced it, and that is why the Oath of Office was flubbed...
on purpose.

Zero is Chief Executive Officer of United States, Inc.

To the extent it is being said, so as to continue to keep pressure and the possibility for an optimum primary outcome (such as a possible brokered convention stalemate, or a favorable VP candidate if the worst happens) I agree with you 150%.

However the general election is now only 210 days away.

Some seem to be cementing their positions, that Obama is no different.

That is simply not true. At some point, it’s important to refute that. I’d say we’re at that point.

A brokered convention is the best outcome at this point. Better even would be Palin as our candidate as a result of such.

Obama though, is the 800 pound jackass in the room though, let none of us ever lose sight of that stinky fact.

Obama has to be defeated.

Question: Are FBI goons visiting the Supremes?..
You know to give them an offer they cannot refuse?..

You never hear of the FBI anymore.. WHY?...
They are not on the border..
They could care less about Chicago voter fraud..
They don’t care about the HONKIFICATION of George Zimmerman..

You never hear of the Italian Mafia anymore either..
Maybe the FBI and the Italian Mafia MERGED...
Actually you never hear of either of them..
Something that makes me go... Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!..

I think your statement pretty well sums up what is wrong with America of the 2000's. We are now reduced to voting for an American Idol president and the facts mena very little or nothing.

...............For a constitutional law professor...............

When did Zer0 morph into a “constitutional law professor”.

All the presstitutes are using that phrase.

As I recall, for a short time he was a part time law lecturer.

The NEA has done its job well. It’s erased American History, it’s erased critical thinking, it’s created ever-increasing numbers of either out-and-out socialists or apolitical cretins. And they only had to spend a few trillion of our dollars to do it.

Obama’s professed lack of understanding of the relationship between the legislative and executive branches of government is an indictment of Harvard Law School, Obama, or both.
