Note @1 An Odd twist in History of Lynching.
Note #2 The Republican and Democrats and what they stood for
LINK: http://www.legendsofamerica.com/ah-lynching4.html

Back in the turbulent South, Wyatt Outlaw, a town commissioner in Graham, North Carolina, was lynched by the Ku Klux Klan on February 26, 1870. Outlaw, who was the president of the Alamance County Union League of America (an anti Ku Klux Klan group), helped to establish the Republican party in North Carolina and advocated establishing a school for African Americans. The Klan hanged him from an oak tree near the Alamance County Courthouse. Dozens of Klansmen were arrested for the murders of Outlaw and other African Americans in Alamance and Caswell Counties. Many of the arrested men confessed, but, despite protests by Governor William W. Holden, a federal judge in Salisbury ordered them released.

Some people need to check their history books.

does sound as if they've made up their minds to do the politically popular thing.

No surprise. Politicians are only interested in one thing. Their jobs. Look at Santorum. He pronounced Zimmerman guilty without full information. He's no different than Obama in that regard.

First words out of the defense attorneys mouth is Your Honor my client cannot get a fair trial in this jurisdiction due to political interference from the President of the United States to the State AG to the calls for lynching from the New Black Panther party.

This includes attempts by NBC ABC & CNN to alter & falsify evidence in the form of audio tapes of my client for the purpose of inspiring racial hatred against my client.

Arrested? On what charges?

...doesn't matter to a lynch mob....all they want is blood....and I am not sure at this point, just an arrest will be enough, there are too many of this mob who only want whitey blood.

Precisely. So the state’s case cannot survive a trial. The defense does not have to call any witnesses, just leave the prosecution to its burden of proof. But the witnesses that they can and should call, the forensics guys and the eye witnesses who saw him getting beat up, will get him acquitted. The facts are aired publicly, the wind is removed from the hustlers’ sails, and an innocent man is vindicated. Done and done.

If I were prosecutor, I would be doing exactly what Ms. Corey is doing. The end result will be justice.

The Obama Campaign is desperate to put Florida into play. When they saw the name “Zimmerman” it was a slam dunk. This is a set up to activate the soft areas of Obama’s campaign: women and blacks. If women abandon him for economic reasons they’ll vote for him out of sympathy just like 2008. Obama needs blacks to come out and vote. If they stay home it puts a lot of states into play and Obama loses.

This is a win-win. Hispanics don’t vote. Florida is a battleground state. Obama & Co. created this mess, are fueling it and benefiting from it.

I think the media and other inciters are trying to stave off the riot they thought they wanted (until they lit the fuse and realized the fire is out of control).

They have a bunch of black racist “protestors” in Sanford and they have closed down the police station. Maybe they are trying to hold them off with the news of no grand jury or save face because they are a bunch of big talkers with nothing to back it up except that smash mouth clown car known as the Nation of Islam.

Blacks have been threatening the US with a race war since the sixties. The Republicans are liberals and agree with the agenda of the liberals in this and everything else. They would not mind having the excuse to curtail the second amendment. “Oh we had to do it, or the blacks would riot.”

Once Mr. Zimmerman was allowed to be painted “White” by the media, his rights went out the window. He became a pawn to be sacrificed on the altar of political correctness.

Dropped the Grand Jury because she knew the Grand Jury would not indict.

Right. My thought was that she didn't trust them to indict, which means that she will.

If you allow a criminal trial, then you open the door for Crump to sue in civil court.

My point was that the prosecution doesn't have a case - all its witnesses are for the defendant, none are for the prosecution.

The state doesn't cause innocent people to submit to the ordeal of trial to prove or show their innocence. If Corey finds that all of the evidence augurs for Zimmerman, then that's what she should say and show to the public, without a trial as backdrop. If the evidence cuts for Zimmerman, that is why he not put on trial. The suspicion of guilt is not supportable with evidence.
