President Barack Obama's coming. So what's a Republican to do? [Media mad we dislike Obama]
Sun Sentinel ^ | 4/9/12 | Anthony Man

Some plan to picket. Others are complaining about the cost. And some are capitalizing on the media frenzy by getting publicity for their own views.

It's all part of the Republican response, official and unofficial, to President Barack Obama's visit Tuesday to South Florida.

The coverage I have seen in Florida is pathetic. For EIGHT YEARS when George W. Bush was President, every media outlet in West Palm and Miami sought out and glorified the people who were protesting....

Today, NEARLY EVERY time Obama has shown up in the state, there seems to be little or no acknowledgment of anyone being unhappy with Obama. Or, as in this case, only "Republicans" are dissenting; not "students" or "mothers" or "unemployed veterans", only "Republicans".

One news report today EVEN said the students on the campus of Florida Atlantic University were "eagerly awaiting" Obama. I felt like throwing up.

I will AVOID the junction of I95 and Glades today as if it were infested with Radiation, Ebola, Bubonic Plague, HIV, Rats, Fleas, and Snakes.

Just sayin’.

This is why Obama (and the congress) wanted that law prohibiting free speech around politicians. No freedom of speech, no freedom of religion and the press may only print what Obama tells them. The word that comes to mind is TYRANNY!

Imagine what chaos would ensue if private cars and trucks just stopped functioning along the presidential routes about an hour before his arrival ?

Imagine if every intersection around the airport were plagued by stalled vehicles with unknown problems ?

Imagine if every horn on every vehicle in the area of his speech started to blast just as he were introduced.

Imagine if thousands showed up very early to obtain tickets, only to walk away with the tickets, leaving the president speaking to an empty hall.

Imagine

Another taxpayer-funded campaign trip to speak at another school where no one is yet fully involved in the economy, but has a "boatload" of student loans which can be used by the Demagogue-in-Chief with rhetoric against oil companies tax breaks.

Then it is on to the fundraisers to fleece more liberal, Northern transplants and other assorted millionaires and billionaires.

“Imagine”

Imagine if we knew how to ORGANIZE...

Imagine if freepers were motivated enough to take a day off work to protest, like our Daily Kos ‘friends’ do.

Maybe it would help to bear in mind that the two lowest IQ majors in college are journalism and teaching. [I don't have the link at my fingertips, but it's been reported repeatedly by reputable outlets.] If you could personally confront an MSMer w his/her hypocrisy, you'd get a blank stare that, as the cogs in their brain slowly rotated, turned incredulous.

‘But it was Bush—Bush the Liar! How could people not protest such an evil warmonger?

‘Besides, Bush was white; at least his protesters weren't racist haters.’

Face it, they're just not that bright. Most of the truly intelligent people abandoned liberalism over the past decade. What you've got left are knee-jerkers w few or no critical thinking skills. They live by a set of easily debunked presuppositions—for instance, that antagonism to Obama’s agenda is race-based—and facts do not penetrate their robotic skulls. Sad but true.

More and more average joes are seeing through the MSM stupidity. ‘Journalists’ are their own worst enemy. They increasingly preach to a choir of moonbats, while ordinary people awaken in ever greater numbers to their bias and wholesale propaganda. Witness the MSM’s failure to destroy or even significantly harm Rush. They'll never suspect the real reason their Feminist hysteria failed—and in the overall scheme of things, that is a major plus. They will keep on setting out big smelly sacks of cr@p, and then stepping on them themselves. Haha. Funny to watch.

And if many freepers have anything to say about it, we’ll get 4 more years of this.

Going to P F Chang’s on Glades would not be worth it. I’m going to avoid Boca entirely today, and then for as long as it takes to fumigate the area.

PF Changs is nice and very elegant, but pricey and located wrong for today! May I suggest Shin Ju, at the junction of Glades and The Turnpike? Buffet style Chinese, Japanese, Teppan Yaki AND Sushi...all you can eat! And Miles from Obama. That’s the best part.
