I'm a born Texan - just sadly misplace in the liiiiiberal state of CA - for the time being.

I still tell everyone that I'm a Texan, though.

“While I appreciate your well thought out missive ... it is this for me. I utterly refuse to vote the enemy into our camp. That, of course, is Romney. I’ve said it many times here, but it is better to have Obama to fight against, than to have Romney and his ilk take over the GOP and eliminate us. While I won’t vote for Obama under threat of death, it is better to have him in the WH than Romney. IF Romney is elected, Conservatism dies. If (as will probably happened) Romney loses in a landslide, the idiot “wisdom” of the GOP elite will be exposed and we can build a Conservative GOP.

This is MUCH more than the 2012 elections. I will not help the GOP in this one. I will vote 3rd or, more likely, sit this one out now that Santorum has pulled out.”

I’m with you except for the part about “sitting out” the election. Your votes are needed in local and congressional districts. You can vote Constitution Party or some other conservative presidential candidate.

Don’t you dare squander your God given right to vote.

In reality, if Romney buys this nomination (Go NEWT) Romney would lose. In that case, this country goes bankrupt which is near inevitable anyway - the STATE and local governent in which you live will be of paramount importance in protecting your rights against the Saboteur and his rogue agencies.

You need to assure your state is stacked with conservative government like we have in Florida. If you live in a northern state like those Obama/Romney voting states - you need to move South to the conservative, God Fearing States of America.

Obama will have more flexibility to put us all in camps and to continue destroying America with trillions in debt, more socialism, giving away our sovereignty to the UN, having the UN take our guns, taking away our missile defense and nukes, more illegals ,destroying our industries, giving our jobs to China, censoring the Internet with ACTA, and a thousand other crimes this monster Obama and his democrat/socialist media complex will do to us Americans.. I will never surrender to Obama nor to the democrat/socialist media complex.

If you’ve done the math on that, show us. Somehow I doubt you’ve finished analyzing all the state polls and delegate allocation rules today to account for a Rick drop-out.

We will NEVER vote for that liberal phoney, Mitt Romney at my house. At least, Obama has had opposition to his socialist agenda by most Republicans in Congress, however, with Romney as president, Republicans would guarantee the passage of that socialist agenda.

Thank you very much, RonC.

Like our Founder and Leader reminds us, “Rebellion starts from the bottom up!”

This is no time to surrender. It’s time to reload.

Several primary states have not voted.

Vote for Newt Gingrich and try for a brokered convention.

Pray non-stop and remember, we have yet to begin to fight!

As I read through the statements expressed here, I could just weep. I have no idea who really did it, but from my perspective they succeeded. The division here will sink us all.

I read comments saying ‘I’m old and won’t be around to see the end’, well that’s very very brave and kind of you, others here have children and we are willing to continue fighting this nightmare until we are unable to ~

I have never held such disdain in my soul for another until barry destroyed my world. Everyday it’s another fire in the pan, more chaos, more deception, more class warfare crap, endless waste of our resources and slowly killing the heart of this country -

The absolute worst 3.5 years of my life, and it HAS TO END.

Since there are no known networks of childhood friends from Obama’s past, Obama was probably a member of a Marxist sleeper cell funded by wealthy men with a Marxist view of the World.

I don't think that there is any "probably" about it.

“A strong Green Party will split the leftist vote, giving the Republicans a better chance at squeaking by in future elections.

If your state is Blue, vote Green!”

Great thought process.

Sorry RIghtwardHo I had 2 pages open and misposted a reply to another Freeper to you. I was going to reply to your courageous comment "I will vote 3rd or, more likely, sit this one out now that Santorum has pulled out."

Real conservatives sit it out!

You’re not getting it, we’re not debating the ethics of this tactic, we’re debating the effectiveness. How does it help either send to have surrogates saying their candidate is too moderate when most likely the message they’re trying to get out is that their opponent is too extreme? That can’t work in today’s world when every ad will hit the internet and cable and won’t be limited to a specific region.

I like Newt but he wasn't even beating Santorum, and lost to Ron Paul at least once, didn't he? He has no money. I give him credit, he wants to stay and keep a more conservative face in the game, reminding Romney of what's at stake. But even he knows he's lost.

you're the one not getting it.

There are still large numbers of principled conservatives (not pragmatic in nature) who still do not know about the left-wing, Progressive Liberal record of Mitt Romney, and as the posts of articles prove, this is not hyperbole.

The rats know this, and we, as educated conservatives know this, a lot of people have not heard this yet, they will, because the DNC, Obama, the Media, and every other far-left organization knows it is effective in reducing turnout precisely because our side actually cares about ethics, principles, and morals.

Romney is through and he hasn't even gotten out of the gate.

"This is no time to surrender. It’s time to reload."

THAT is the imperative! When things look bad, it is time to lock 'n load, and charge into the battle anew and even more determined!

God is on our side! We might lose a battle here and there, but we win the war!
