We passed that fruit stand miles ago.

This is what democracy looks like, yeah! /s

Seriously it is, this is nothing more then mob rule.

We're letting it happen but I don't know what to do about it.

What is the final line in the sand and what is the solution?

I can't believe what I am seeing in this Country, I/we knew it was coming but it still hard to actually see it arrive.

Enjoy the riots after he is found not guilty.

I recall that after the thugs who almost killed Reginald Denny were let a slap on the wrist, Ben Stein was asked if while people would riot. He replied that they would riot the way they always did, by moving to the suburbs and voting against welfare programs.

“Second, Mr. Zimmerman fled the country.”

I hope so. I hope he’s hiding out in some peruvian mine. Then Corey can get on TV, shrug her shoulders and say “oh well, I charged him.” Next case.

Don’t Talk to the Police. In praise of the Fifth Amendment Right to Not Be a Witness Against Yourself.

I understand what you're saying, but in this particular case I think you're wrong.

Cooperation with the police, to some degree and in some circumstances, might help an innocent person who has been hauled in for questioning.

An innocent person tends to want to cooperate. This can be a positive in the police evaluation of the situation. Clearly, the police evaluated George Zimmerman and decided he was being honest in his story, and let him go.

An uncooperative person OTOH can make police suspicious and more willing to charge. Sometimes police will charge an obstinately silent person just to show who's boss. This is not good, but sadly it tends to be human nature.

To all those who have been clamoring for an end to the prejudgement by the media so the system could do it’s job, now would be a good time to heed your own advice.

I have no problem with the system doing its job, but getting the lynchmob media to stick a sock in it will be another matter.

They're still showing pictures of a cute black kid instead of a 'NO LIMIT NI***' giving the one finger salute.

The MSM is drunk with power, and if someone innocent gets killed or a few neighborhoods get burned, it's just more headlines.

“Have we achieved official banana republic status yet?”

Yes we have —only without the bananas, or a republic.

Some thoughts from an old American:

I believe that, unless something changes, George Zimmerman cannot get a fair trial and that he and his family will never be permitted to live in peace.

I believe that Mr. Zimmerman's attorneys and their families have been threatened, prompting their hasty departure from his defense team at the first opportunity.

Even the US government has been persuaded to join the lynch mob.

Mr. Zimmerman may be innocent or he may be guilty, but it's looking like we'll never know.

White, brown, red, and yellow-skinned Americans will take note of what is happening and vote accordingly. Funny, you'd think people who flaunt their victim-hood and whine about equality 24-7 would be especially interested in seeing that every American gets fair treatment under the law. Guess it just doesn't work that way.

They are going to right if she doesn’t file charges, they are going to riot if he is not found guilty and they will riot even if he is found guilty in celebration (or to protest too light sentencing).

So the prosecutor’s decision is immaterial.

They are planning to riot no matter what, because they have some looting to do and they are never going to let a good crisis go to waste.

La Raza already disowned him. Whites are the target. Why is “diversity” only pushed on white nations, neighborhoods, etc?

yes, funny...but not in the ‘haha’ kind of way.

I don’t know HOW the WP could have been informed by the SP’s office and no one else was!! WTF

Our burglaries are up 20% plus from previous year, and the prognosis is very dreary looking forward.

Hiya DO!

Ah Cali, how I miss what the State used to be....it really was a great place to grow up in.

What part are you in?

I think the issue of firing and killing Martin in self defense is a close call under the reported facts. Zimmerman had gotten off the concrete and into the grass. Police were on the way.

A punch to the face can be deadly whether someone is on grass or concrete.

Zimmerman claim Martin threatened his life is a wild card, because Zimmerman was able to reach and fire his pistol, indicating he was not completely overpowered.

Catch-22.

Probably the safest thing for him. It’s a travesty of justice; however, they are playing the expectations game. The racists have been saying they just need him arrested. He gets arrested and then they are praying that this dies down and the passion is gone because they no he’s going to win (assuming he gets a fair trial but he probably won’t).

Bounty hunters haven’t bothered yet because there are no charges and no arrest warrant.

The main reason they haven't bothered is that no one in their right mind believes a word the NBPP says.

I guess I missed the part where she was going to be filing charges against the NBPP.

Yea, the idiot talked to the prosecutors. Without having his lawyers present. The fool talked himself into jail.

My understanding is that he contacted the prosecutor's office, but that she didn't talk with him because he didn't have representation. I'm pretty sure they don't want to risk a verdict being overturned on appeal by something like that, so it makes sense.

If, repeat if, the special prosecutor is not in possession of evidence which is not now in the public domain but is reacting to public pressure, this is an egregious miscarriage of justice.

The other possibilities are that Corey is going to let dueling experts interpret evidence such as moisture and grass on Zimmerman's back, and give the jury a chance to pick which expert's interpretation they believe; let the jury determine whether Zimmerman acted as a 'reasonable man' in determining that deadly force was "necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself," as provided in Florida Statutes 776.012(1); and so forth.

I don't like it, but in essence, she's going to let the jury, with the help of experts, second-guess everything, including decisions made by trained law-enforcement personnel, and decisions Zimmerman made in split-seconds, in the luxury of an air-conditioned courtroom and jury room, with time to deliberate and apply their own prejudices, and without being in the all-encompassing, true-life situation that Zimmerman found himself in, for better or worse.

Now we're seeing the posts coming in blubbering about how "tough and fair" the prosecuter REALLY is....yeah, now that the damage is already done in Round 1.

Why are these elite RINOS always "tough" against our own side as opposed to the Jackson's, Sharpton's, New Black Panther's, etc's sides.......hmmm?????

This prosecutor babe is a chicken liberal, that's why. Mr. Zimmerman is a fragile personality and the trial will kill him even if he's found not guilty.....or he'll be offed by someone or kill himself.

And where was our pussy Governor??? Let me tell you something from the reality world of a long-time elected pol....if you can't play guts political hardball, you don't belong in the governor's seat. If he didn't know through indirect channels and/or subtle questions/emanations which way Corey was going to jump before he appointed her, he isn't worth a bucket of warm spit.

I will remember him for a long time, like an elephant.

Allen West for Governor!
