Okay, there’s free mumia at this party, but do they validate parking?

Mumia has made Pennsylvania into the perfect example of a "fish or cut bait" state.

How so? My message to states is this: if you have the death penalty, use it! If not, own up to that, overturn a penalty you have no serious intention of putting into practice, and just give the perp life in prison without parole. A sentence never carried out, whatever it may be ... that's justice denied.

Once again, Danny Glover takes advantage of an opportunity to prove he’s one of the worst Americans we have. Here’s a guy hollering about racism and repression while he hauls down umpteen millions for every one of the awful flicks he makes.

On December 9, 1981, Mumia Abu-Jamal murdered a random police officer in cold blood. He was tried and convicted in July, 1982.

He should have been granted one *expedited* appeal with the Federal Judge of the District of Pennsylvania, within one month after conviction, only on grounds of serious error on the part of the trial judge, prosecutor, defense counsel, or jury.

Had this federal judge determined that such error existed, after a single month of review, he should only be able to return the case to the trial court for further consideration. He should not be able to overturn the conviction by himself.

Once that appeal had been heard, only that state’s board of pardons and parole should be able to recommend that the governor commute or pardon the convicted murderer. If they and he refuse to do so, then within one year of conviction, Mumia Abu-Jamal should have been taken to a place of execution where his sentence would be duly carried out.

That a convicted murderer, sentenced to death, is not executed within one year of their conviction is a miscarriage of justice. That is usually is not done expeditiously is because of the actions of persons in authority opposed to performing their jobs, who were able to successfully undermine the processes of justice.

In its own way, this is as corrupt as the actions of other persons in authority who used their offices for personal gain or to punish their personal enemies.
