They really do not want to ban guns. They just want to make sure that you do not have them, at least not legally.

Thats exactly right. The Big Lie is liberals dont like/have guns. As you correctly said they don’t like YOU to have guns. Its OK for them b/c they’re morally, ethically etc superior and as such have the imperative to rule over you by force if necessary. There are many many liberals who own guns and they’d be the first ones to use them in a criminal cause. What gets pumped thru the media about guns is so much projection.
