RNC Spokesman: Catholic League Should Be Encouraging (Homosexual) Adoption, ‘Not Demeaning’ (Homosexual) Parents

Amid the frenzy and outrage over Hilary Rosen‘s comments about Ann Romney, the Catholic League tweeted a response saying, “Unlike Rosen, who had to adopt kids, Ann raised 5 of her own.” Communications director for the RNC, Sean Spicer, quickly addressed the remark and said the League shouldn’t be demeaning parents who adopt.

It is news to me that the RNC supports homosexual adoption of children.

Why do this? Why respond to this? As a conservative I agree with the Catholic League. Does the RNC think we will follow the party like sheep?

This RNC spokesman needs to be removed from office. Since when our gay couples “parents”?

Another validation for my decision to stop funding the RNC.

Check out the comments on the site.

Can the RNC be this politically stupid or has there really become one Republicrat party vs the Tea Party and other conservatives?

Unlike Rosen, who had to adopt kids

You have to look at it from a PR perspective. A heterosexual adoptive parent could take that remark as an insult. It was bad phrasing, and an unnecessary comment altogether.

The party of Bob Dole, John McCain and Romney. Yes, they are that politically stupid. This same party gave us TARP, No Child Left Behind, the Medicare drug plan and the NDAA.

In the words of Ronaldus Maximus, ‘my party left me.’

Does Sean Spicer know that several Catholic adoption agencies had to be shut down because they refused to permit homosexuals from adopting their charges.

Somebody better tell him to STHU

NOPE. There was NO reason the RNC had to respond either attacking or defending the statement of a private citizen who happens to be the head of the Catholic League!

Here we possibly see the man behind the curtain. Here we see the RNC respond to a conservative position just like the liberal and morally devoid leftists.

My only question is: IS this 'progressive' who is pushing the homosexual agenda within the RNC simply an anomaly or is he the norm?

EXACTLY. Why?

Seems quite telling to me... Let's see how the RNC deals with this.

I guess GOPe does not need the Catholic vote, either. “All you dirty Christians - stay out of our pup tent!”

They really don’t mind if Obama wins the election. “Progress” is progress for the “smart” ones.

Barry Goldwater said it best-—there’s not a dime’s worth of difference between the two parties. I wholeheartedly hope the GOP collapses after this election, and another party rises to take its place.

The gay lobby shut down the Catholic adoption agencies in Boston, San Francisco, Illinois and elsewhere --- affecting hundreds and hundreds of kids who needed moms and dads --- because the Catholic agencies wouldn't place infants and children in homosexual households. The gay demand for access to children trumps the Catholic insistence on a real mom and dad.

The RNC can dry up and blow away, as far as I am concerned.

Look around the GOP offical capacities of today. He is the norm. People forget it was George W Bush who basically told former Reagan advisor and Focus on the family founder James Dobson to go pound sand. Bush went almost imediately to talk {pander} to the Log Cabin {gay} GOP.

The GOP as a conservative party is dead and is not coming back. Time to form another party with a strict written platform. GOP died in 1987 when the last Conservative POTUS left the White House and the elitits moved in. The voters were actually lied too for the 1994 GOP wins. They wasted not a moment becoming the liberals they claimed too oppose. What more evidence does one need than the 1996 GOP Convention of which the 2012 Convention and general election will be a repeat.

People aren't catching on. The Establishment GOP isn't as concerned about winning against DEMs as it is keeping Conservatives out of power. The Establishment GOP and the Democratic Party are one in the same party with one and the same end goals.

YES, clearly. I would not rely on them for opinion. I only used them as a source for the 'tweets'.

Unfortunately, it seems the only sites reporting this (quite happily) right now are the left-wing sites.

The GOP is lousy with queers and queer apologists, from Dick Cheney on down. Regardless of who’s in power, homosexuals are over-represented in the White House, Congress, and among party elite. They are a shadow government unto themselves.
