Napolitano perjured herself to Congress in Fast & Furious testimony
Human events ^ | 04/13/2012 | Neil W. McCabe

In her explosive new book Fast and Furious, Katie Pavlich makes the case that Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano not only failed to stop an operation that led to the death of one of her own, Border Agent Brian A. Terry, but she may have also lied to Congress in sworn testimony at a hearing held to find out what really happened.

Inside sources told Pavlich that Napolitano’s testimony was in direct contradiction to emails she exchanged, and reports and briefing she received, according to an exclusive preview of the book by Human Events.

Pavlich’s book Fast and Furious is due to be released Monday, April 16. It is published by Regnery Publishing, owned by Eagle Publishing, which also owns Human Events.

Most of the focus in the Fast and Furious scandal has been on attorney Gen. Eric Holder, because his Department of Justice ran the program through its Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, still referenced to as ATF, its old initials from before it was tasked with explosives.

But while Holder's people waved the questionable gun purchasers through the checkout line, Napolitano was in charge of the Mexican border those guns crossed.

If this were Republicans responsible than the dems would bring down the house to prosecute everyone involved, including impeachment of the president if he were a republican, with the full support of the MSM.

As it is, the Republicans will continue their navel-gazing and the MSM will just try to ignore the entire thing.

Demcrats and liberals can lie with impunity, and they know it.

This would be a wonderful chain to drag through the upcoming months, but, you know, the stupid party is not going to do NUTTIN! I’d be all over this filthy liar like flies on a rib roast, but Boner/McNothing won’t do a damn thing! Incredible.

“And Congress is where??”

The bottom line is there is no body in this country that will take any action against this administration and it’s band of criminals.

Yep. One of the many reasons I feel abandoned by the GOP.

Demcrats and liberals can lie with impunity, and they know it.

They could do a whole lot more than lie, and yes, they would get away with it.

Her perjury would only matter if we had a real Attorney General and a real DOJ.

Unfortunately, the DOJ is merely a conduit for reparations.

Any prosecutions have to wait till the Kenyan is out and has no ability to issue presidential pardons. They should investigate all the way through but not start any formal trials until he’s gone.

“Any prosecutions have to wait till the Kenyan is out and has no ability to issue presidential pardons”

What makes you think he will EVER be out. Like everything else he has done, he is just as likely to declare himself king and have no fears that he will be ousted by anyone in this country. The founding fathers wrote the Constitution with the presumption of having a modicum of honor invested in the officials that were elected. Hussein and his gang of criminals have no honor or morality.

"In her explosive new book Fast and Furious, Katie Pavlich ..."

uh-oh ping!

Can we dare hope the that tree felled to publish this book will not have been sacrificed in vain?

Fast and Furious: Barack Obama's Bloodiest Scandal and the Shameless Cover-Up [Hardcover]

Editorial Reviews

“ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATING! Intrepid investigative journalist Katie Pavlich rips the lid off Team Obama’s murderous corruption and anti-Second Amendment zealotry. Pavlich names names, explodes lies, and exposes the Obama administration’s reckless disregard for American lives, national security, and accountability at the highest levels. Everything you need to know—and the mainstream media won’t tell you—about the Fast and Furious ‘gun-walking’ scandal is now in your hands. Don’t let these blood-stained bureaucrats get away with it.”
—Michelle Malkin, bestselling author of Culture of Corruption and Invasion

“Of all the Obama administration scandals, Fast and Furious is the one the mainstream media would most like us to ignore because it’s the most dangerous for Obama and his cronies. Katie Pavlich draws back the curtain on a radical administration that put Mexican and American lives at risk for no discernible reason other than to advance an ideological agenda. Katie is a terrific reporter and whistleblower. This is an eye-opening book.”
—David Limbaugh, bestselling author of Crimes Against Liberty and Absolute Power

Can we call for a bounty on her head? Just how high up in society can we call for a bounty and not have the DOJ act?

We know absolutely where this affirmative action POS set the bottom level where you can call for a dead or alive bounty and not be prosecuted. Now is this lower level just a color thing or can we call for a bounty on any private citizen?

He’s messed with congress and had little kick back. Anything along the lines of what you contemplate involves the military. That dog don’t hunt.

According to this Justice Department

This administration has a long history with perjury and therefore should be able to continue committing perjury with impunity.

Great question but I wouldn't wait for much discussion of it on the roundtables of ABC,CBS,NBC.

We can only blame ourselves and our fellow brain dead Americans for this corrupt and morally bankrupt REGIME.

And who do we here, who have one vote and did not cast it for 0bama, share any of the blame for the election of this corrupt and morally bankrupt regime?

I will, however, squarely place blame on the brain dead voters (I won't call them Americans) who did vote for him.

They are too stupid to deserve better than what they got.
