To launch the high quality TV channel TNT in Belgium we placed a big red push button on an average Flemish square of an average Flemish town. Hilarious, but it looks fake to me. How do you explain the three separate people standing by the button? It seems to me that the only person standing by the button should be the guy on the bicycle.

They obviously filmed it multiple times during the day and spliced together footage. It’s a publicity stunt to draw attention to the launch of TNT in Belgium. They wouldn’t do it just once. Just reset the stage, so to speak, and when a new rube comes along, do the skit all over again.
