I thank God my school became involved in my last beating. Otherwise I suspect I might have been killed by my own mother. She was a real meant person and glad I was turned over to the children services in 1939 when I was 10 years old. It took me many years to over come this treatment. Thank God for the U.S.Navy as they were the first to get me on the right track. I had to sweep the grinder (drill field) with toothbrushes one weekend. No beatings just one hellva set of bad knees sunburn and etc.

What too many people do not realize is that what happened to that boy was a commonplace occurrence in virtually all places and times prior to the so-called modern era, and still in many places even now and it's not specifically Islam that is to blame. That was just one flavor among many of the same bitter fruit that has been man's heritage since time immemorial.

Less than six hours later, Abdifatah was dead, brutally beaten, and his stepfather, Ali Mohamed Mohamud, was under arrest.

Sort of like when those frigging Milwaukee cops turned that naked, drugged, bleeding boy back over to the infamous Muslim Jeffrey Dahmer who later killed, beheaded, and ate him in a frenzied Muslim ritual. Oh, wait. I guess he wasn't Muslim so it must not have been so brutal after all.

"I told the boy, 'Daddy promises nothing is going to happen,'"... "The boy said to me: 'No, he always says that.'" ...The boy was tied to a chair with duct tape, a sock stuffed in his mouth, and he was beaten with a stick or blunt object in the basement of their Guilford Street home... The stepfather was angry because the boy, a fifth-grader at the International Preparatory School on Clinton Street, had fallen behind in his homework, law enforcement officials said.

True however Islam preserves the customs and behavior of a 5th-6th century desert tribe as the standard for its modern adherents to emulate. Don't forget this tribe was viewed as savage even by general 6th century Roman standards.
