The mighty Jerry Rivers opined on O’Reilly’s show that there is insufficient information to support a 2nd degree murder charge or conviction. And only a week ago the media was telling us he reported a young man who "looked black". The media has had a full month of pounding a man who was in hiding and unable to defend himself. Now that he has a courtroom to defend himself in, we will see how accurate the media portrayal was, and this will be remembered.
