Alan Dershowitz 'hits it out the park' once again with this objective, clear and concise analysis of this case and the application of the law without prejudice.

The ‘without prejudice’ is a relatively recent phenomenon in Dershowitz’s case.

It was a great interview. He pretty much said she should be in jail.

I must humbly apologize to Alan Dershowitz for 76.4% of the nasty thoughts I have had about him for many, many years. Admittedly the anger was over POLITICAL statements.
However, Mr. Dershowitz has demonstrated as very few have recently, the basic adherence to the LAW, as written and intended. He has shown here what is meant by the famous phrase “A nation of LAWS.”

I wish Dershowitz was Zimmerman’s attorney. This case would be a walk-in-the-park for somebody who got Von Bulow off.

It’s disappointing that Kelly and Dershowitz are STILL trying to portray Zimmerman as the initial aggressor, he wasn’t. Zimmerman was entirely within his rights as a citizen, forget he’s Neighborhood Watch, to follow Martin. He kept his distance, said nothing to Martin, and did not accost him. Martin was the only aggressor and threatened Zimmerman’s life while he was apparently trying to take it. The real travesty and miscarriage of justice here was jailing and charging Zimmerman. Kelly needs to get her facts straight.
