I don’t know about January. Certainly 10 years is too long, although many of these cases have drawn out much longer.

But there should be some amount of time for appeals in a death penalty case, don’t you think?

I miss Roy Bean. The perpetrators of the "Double Indemnity" murder in New York were executed within in year of the crime. Times change.
