Some people are out of sight, out of mind. They can’t SEE the oil settled on the bottom of the ocean, so wala! It’s GONE!
Does anyone use Dawn liquid? If you use it to wash greasy dishes and leave the water for a few hours, then drain it. Rub the bottom of your sink to find your finger will pick up a layer of grease that has settled to the bottom.
Corexit is a DEGREASER. The oil doesn’t just disappear, it SINKS. If it had been left alone, bacteria would have taken care of it.
It’s not the oil that was the problem, it was the Corexit that was used to FOOL people into not SEEING it.

Scientists have found that rocks beneath the seafloor are teeming with microbial life.
A couple years back I found a DNR officer collecting ooze in a swamp near here. He was collecting the ooze for some study on the oil eating bacteria that thrive there due to the oil that seeps out of the ground.

Well, people mindlessly eat GMO vegetables, and corn fed, drugged up beef, pork and poultry. What’s a little deformed fish, right?
