I cried myself to sleep on election night because I KNEW Barrack Obama was bad news for our country. I just didn’t realize he was going to destroy our country so quickly.

I am not an expert of the law. My sincere intention is to see that Obama does not remain as President. I am aware of some flaws in this bill but I’m hoping and praying that the final bill will succeed in keeping Obama off the Missouri ballot.

Is Obama is a natural born citizen, a native born citizen, a naturalized citizen or an alien? Sheriff Joe Arpaio may have more on this in his next report.

The bill enables him to get on the ballot.

Please explain how the bill enables him to get on the ballot. I am sincerely seeking the truth.

I am sincerely seeking the truth.
BS! If that were the case you would have done what you're doing now when I first commented to you about the bill being BS. You didn't do that then and you aren't seeking the truth now.
All you desire is unquestioning support.

I tell you what, I'll be gracious.
Start here...
HERB TITUS, ESQ., CORRECTS BRET BAIER OF FOX NEWS ON “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN” DEFINITION

Better yet, since the relevant section isn't that long I'll post it.

“Bret Baier commits a common error. He assumes that "natural born citizen" means the same thing as "citizen by birth." They are not the same. A citizen by birth is one who by constitutional or statutory provision is made or recognized as a citizen based upon where or to whom they were born. Under Mr. Baier's view, a natural born citizen, then, is a citizen of a particular nation only by positive law. If a natural born citizen is defined by statute, as Mr. Baier claims they are, then by statute Congress can take away their natural born citizenship status, subject only to the 14th Amendment's definition of citizenship by birth. And even that citizenship can be taken away by an amendment to the constitution. Indeed, according to Mr. Baier, no one could have been eligible to be elected president UNLESS Congress passed a statute designating one's citizenship by birth, or until the 14th amendment definition of citizenship by birth was ratified.”

“A natural born citizen, by contrast, is not dependent upon Congress passing a statute or the constitution being amended. A natural born citizen is a citizen of a specific nation by the law of nature of citizenship. The law of nature of national citizenship is written into the very nature of the universe of nation-states, and is universal as to place, uniform as to person, and fixed as to time. By definition the law governing natural born citizenship exists independent of any human power, legislative or otherwise. That is why "natural born citizenship" is not defined in the Constitution. Such citizenship exists whether recognized by positive law or not. Such citizenship is God-given. To qualify one must be born to a father and a mother each of whom is a citizen of a particular state in order for the person to be "natural born" citizen of that state.”

You have pre-judged me, sir. You have no idea what agony I personally experienced between your first comment and my response.

I can not, would not, dispute Herb Titus. However Bret Baier’s comments have aroused controversy in regard to Obama’s eligibility. This is a GOOD thing.

Anxiously awaiting Sheriff Arpaio’s next report.

You have pre-judged me, sir.
I judged you by your actions. Since you so rarely engage in conversation that's all I have to go by.

You have no idea what agony I personally experienced between your first comment and my response.
Any discomfiture you might, or might not, have experienced isn't my concern. It sure didn't stop you from continuing to post your recommendations for the bill despite being told it was BS.

I can not, would not, dispute Herb Titus.
Yet you did just that by urging others to support the bill. You apparently did no research on it whatsoever after that first reply of mine, nor did I see then you asking why it was a bad bill. Instead you chose to continue to post it anyway.

However Bret Baier’s comments have aroused controversy in regard to Obama’s eligibility. This is a GOOD thing.
All Bret's comments did was show that he's just another talking head who parroted what he had been told. He used Byron York of the Washington Examiner as his only source.
The controversy was already aroused. It got aroused in his direction and he obviously was disconcerted by it.

Bret explains "natural born citizen" requirements for president and vice president

I noted in the blog- there is a lot of dispute about the legal term and what the Founding Fathers truly meant. What I did not put in the blog -was that a large part of this was originally reported by Byron York of the Washington Examiner. I asked him to send me his reporting a few weeks ago - and I should have cited that in the blog this morning... I apologize to Byron for leaving that out. Bottom line... this is obviously getting a lot of attention.. so, we think we should do a full piece on the show about it.. and maybe have a panel of constitutional scholars... and legal experts to discuss this.

His was one of the most pronounced backpedals I've ever witnessed. If such a piece happens the guest speakers will be most telling.

I visit here to learn from the well informed people at Free Republic. I do not come here to debate and argue with you or anyone else.

I suggest that your time and effort would be better spent by challenging someone other than a 65 year old grandma whose only intention is to keep Obama from further destroying this country.

Good night!

That is questionable as what you learned from my original reply to you didn't stop you one whit from continuing on in your actions.

I do not come here to debate and argue with you or anyone else.
Then why do you even post? Do you expect to be forever unchallenged in your beliefs?
I understand better now why you reply so little. You don't have to defend what you believe.

...I suggest that your time and effort would be better spent by challenging someone other than a 65 year old grandma...
I would suggest that in the future you not inject your age as an excuse or crutch.
You don't get a pass simply because of your age, Granny.

What a shame. You consider someone speaking cold hard truths to you to be badgering.
