This is part or the whole of an extensive stash of bottles recovered in the 010th District the other day.
All filled with human waste and no doubt whatever extra fecal matter the ne'er-do-wells were able to pick up on the parkways.
Counts range from 100 to 500 bottles recovered depending on the rumor you believe.
We're sure this isn't the only stash floating around out there.
How about the Department try something novel and get the media to cover what the protestors and anarchists are planning and maybe get the public overwhelmingly on our side?

This entry has to do with a large cache of feces and urine-filled plastic bottles found recently in Chicago's 10th District in advance of the 18 May NATO summit meeting,
and ostensibly intended for 'use' by the Occupy filth against cops and any 'interfering' members of the public unwise enough to be in the downtown area.
Judging by the comments following the main posting, Emmanuel and his sycophant toadies within the city hierarchy and local media are doing all they can to hush this up.
Bio-terror is one of the keywords here because that's exactly what this about.
Have a look at any recent pics of Occupy mobs and ponder whether YOU would like to be covered in their filth ? !
The comments below the posting aren't for the faint-hearted, but they ARE indicative of Rahm's micro version of Øbama's macro destruction of America.

I was born waaaaay downstate .. about as close to Mississippi as to Chicago, and certainly closer in attitude.
Our family moved away when I was five; then returned for a four year stint in the late 70s-early 80s.
But other than for a few days to bury my Dad in '00, I haven't been back since.
