This is not even remotely controversial. One of the hottest fields for training in the law today is the area of social media an electronic discovery. Criminal and civil lawyers routinely discover Facebook, MySpace, and other posts and publication by parties in a case. If the media treats this as controversial or aggressive on the part of the defense counsel, it just tells you they do not know of which they speak or write.

The fact is that Zimmerman's posting on Facebook have nothing whatsoever to do with the case against him as Trayvon could never had read them and those posting to not reflect the state of mind Zimmerman was in at the time of the shooting.

However, Trayvon in his postings clearly stated that he was a thug and out to commit crimes and that is exactly that Trayvon that Capt. Zimmerman identified as being up to no good and casing houses for burglary.

This is the first I've heard of “white supremacists” hacking into Trayvon’s email, and that the thug photos of him were “proven fakes”. After all the fake reports from the msm, I don't think we can believe anything.

Zimmerman was 21 years old.
