Obama Campaign Seeks Middle Ground on Gay Marriage [Big Lie Alert!]
U.S. NEWS & WORLD REPORT ^ | 5/7/12 | Rebekah Metzler

Thanks to a pair of top Obama administration officials recently pronouncing their support for it, the issue of gay marriage has rocketed into political headlines six months before Election Day.

Same-sex marriage advocates also say the issue could have implications during the presidential election, thanks in part to the number of states scheduled to hold referenda on related issues.

"We here at the [Human Rights Campaign] are saying that 2012 will be the year of marriage," says Fred Sainz, vice president of communications and marketing for the group, which bills itself as the largest civil rights organization promoting equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Americans.

"Not since 2006 will as many voters be forced to come to terms with their personal opinions and emotions around marriage," he says. "The American public is going to be in a constant state of dialogue on this issue."

Obama the liar has already stopped defending the Defense of Marriage Act...is there any doubt he will force sodomy in our culture--schools, laws, churches, etc. if he is given power for 4 more years?

It seems like it’s some of the libs calling Obama out on this, others are sympathizing with him being so deceptive because ‘he has to’ to get re-elected. It was a main topic onthe Democrat channel last night.

Over at the Romney channel (FNC) I dont see much talk about this, much like with DADT. And naturally Romney wants to avoid being asked.

The useful idiots know that he is lying but it's for a good cause...re-election of the one.

RE :”The useful idiots know that he is lying but it's for a good cause...re-election of the one

What amazing me is how many lib strong Obama supporters like L O Donnell on MSNBC were laughing and joking and asked :”Does ANYONE really believe that Obama doesnt support marriage equality? HA-HA-HA” (the new PC poll tested term.)

They were really telling any voters that support Obama because they believe him on this (many blacks and Hispanics I bet who don't like SS marriage) that they are stupid.

This was covered this morning on FOX. One angle that was brought up was North Carolina and how it is a pivotal state for the president this year.

RE :”This was covered this morning on FOX. One angle that was brought up was North Carolina and how it is a pivotal state for the president this year.

Probably pretty briefly.
At the gym yesterday CNN was on one TV and they got three panelists on to talk about it, one was a Obama advisor and another was Romney adviser.

OBAM adviser (a woman) said that Obama really is evolving and that he speaks sincerely from ‘the heart’ on this subject. GAG
Anyone believing her is stupid.

Romney spokesman (a man) said :”We are focused on the economy” and changed the subject.

There is no middle ground for allowing queers to ‘marry’. Obama should come out of the closet and see what happens.

I saw Britt Hume today and the first panel issue was this and he had on a lib from the NYT and one from the Wash Post on the panel. They both agreed that this made Obama look weak and he should just come out with his support now. They also said that Romney cannot involve his campaign with this because he needs to win independents from Obama.
