True story - Back in the summer of 2008, I was researching the Harvard archives after reading a NYT article about Obama protesting on campus over the black professor who was denied tenure ...

I found an archive of photographs related to Black History. I don’t remember the exact title of the collection but when I clicked on the link that listed the contents of the archive, the system displayed a message that the collection had been recently inventoried and reorganized by someone (it did list her name) on such-and-such date. The date was not long after Obama announced his candidacy.

So yes, they did some serious scrubbing and I suspect, though I can’t prove it, that whatshername pulled a Sandy Berger and walked out of the Harvard archives with any photographs of Obama.
