Meet Keith Judd — or as some call him, “Inmate No. 11593-051.” He is serving a 210-month sentence at the Beaumont Federal Correctional Institution in Texas for making threats at the University of New Mexico in 1999. Despite that bothersome obstacle, he qualified for the West Virginia Democratic primary ballot and is currently giving President Obama a run for his money, racking up 37% of the vote.

Wow, I voted in the WV primary this morning and had no idea. But then, I picked the GOP ballot.
Is this really any different from the methods used by the Obama campaign to raise contributions from large donors or get the votes of Senior Citizens?

Keith Judd has just been declared the winner in Mingo County, WV by 20 POINTS! 100% of precincts in county have been counted.
Judd 2,972 60.1%
Obama 1,967 39.9%

My husband voted for Mr. Judd and he *knew* beforehand that the man was a convicted felon. Mr. Judd almost won our county, losing by a mere 31 votes.
