The Real News Today: Obama Was Always for Faux Marriage
American Thinker ^ | 05/10/2012 | Selwyn Duke

So another mask has dropped. Barack Obama made history today in becoming the first president to announce support for faux marriage.

And on January 20th, 2009 he made history in becoming the first president who supports faux marriage.

Obama revealed himself in an interview today with ABC News' Robin Roberts, saying, "At a certain point I've just concluded that, um, for me, personally, it is important for me to go ahead and affirm that, uh, I think same-sex couples should be able to get married."

This statement was made after Obama related his "evolution" on the issue, a hothouse transformation that included discussions with homosexuals on his staff. But here's the reality: the aforementioned "certain point" he reached had more to do with the electorate's perceived evolution than anything else. This is because Barack Obama has always been pro-faux marriage.

How do I know? For starters, Obama isn't a Christian, as he claims; he isn't a Muslim, as some critics claim, although he is a Muslim sympathizer.

He is a moral relativist and de facto atheist.

But, unlike with my first two sentences, I repeat myself. And being a thoroughly modern Alinskyite secularist, he will always be on the cutting edge of societal devolution, which includes support for marriage degradation.

If that isn't enough for you, though, consider that, writes ABC News, "[i]n 1996, as a state Senate candidate, he [Obama] indicated support for gay marriage in a questionnaire, but Obama aides later disavowed it and said it did not reflect the candidate's position." Allow me to translate: "Our guy was dumb enough to reveal that he supported faux marriage when he needs votes in areas in which blacks are numerically strong. And, as you may know, the black community doesn't look kindly upon faux marriage.

The other deceptive thing we ought to be aware of is this :

Obama declares support for gay marriage, but suddenly embraces federalism.

He says it is an issue for the states to decide.

REMEMBER THIS:

1) The Democrat’s convention is in North Carolina, a state that just upheld traditional marriage.

2) Just like his supposed “evolving” opinion on gay marriage, this false embrace of federalism will also “EVOLVE” when (God forbid) he gets his second term.

Ignore the “EVOLVING” BS. The man is LYING THROUGH HIS TEETH and anyone who can’t see that is a lost cause.

Obama’s Marriage Payoff: Hollywood Cash
Wednesday, May 9, 2012 10:27 PM

Political pundits may be wondering why President Obama decided to take a controversial stance on gay marriage with November’s election approaching soon.

Surely, the pro-gay marriage position will not help the president with swing voters in Ohio, Virginia, North Carolina or rust belt states like Michigan.

The big clue for Obama’s change of heart comes from The New York Times, which reports that the president’s re-election effort will benefit from Hollywood money.

The Times notes that during his first term, Obama “has largely been absent in Hollywood, a point of unhappiness with a community accustomed to the constant doting of Bill Clinton.”

But that has apparently all changed, and the paper said Hollywood insiders are now lining up to fork over $40,000 a table for an upcoming private fundraiser for Obama at superstar actor George Clooney’s home.

Celebrities Euphoric Over Obama’s Same-Sex Marriage Political Hedge

Celebrities, including Neil Patrick Harris, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Sandra Bernhard, were euphoric all the same. But the most over the top reaction goes to singer Audra McDonald, who Tweeted: “How many young lives did the president just save by saying he supports them today?”

The new story the Obama WH is leaking is that Obama was going to come out on this in a planned way before the convention anyway but was forced by events to do it yesterday.

I don't believe this story at all. I think he would have preferred to avoid this issue until after the election then come out.

While the above revision does not make him look strong, it sounds much better than the real one, that he wanted to appear as taking/playing both sides until the election was passed and was outted this week by progressive and LGBT groups, and donations were being withheld.

One show on the Dem channel said that Obama got $1M in donations within a few hours of coming out. And it was party night on MSNBC “A Historic Day” they called it, except for Matthews who is still worried that this will hurt Obama in November. Matthews is much more pragmatic than the others. He believes : get power first then make the big progressive changes, not vice versa.

Actually, it's the heterosexuals who invented faux marriage.

Marriage as defined by God's law is supposed to be exclusive, not even looking at a random person with lust, lifelong, til-death-do-us-part, sacred, and fertile.

Heterosexuals --- through porn and premarital sex, divorce/remarriage (found even amongst Christians), contraception (ditto that, almost universally approved even amongst straight "conservatives") --- have radically redefined marriage, making it optional, dissolvable, serial-polygamous, deliberately nonprocreative and unnatural.

Isn't it queer? Straights invented gay marriage.

It's not surprising that now the gays want in.

The truth is not so pretty when you sweep away all the camouflage. Well said Mrs. Don-o. You are 100% on target.

Matthews gave something away here - he felt Obama should have lied until after the election - then told the truth when no one could fight back. The beauty of the statement is the folks Matthews wanted Obama 'to wait' to lie to are his fellow democrats and independents.

Lying is so common among democrats the morality of lying to 'fellow democrats' isn't even considered...

Thank God I'm not a democrat ...

I think even the left understands this.
They know, viscerally, that leftists have to lie about their real policy positions and their agenda,
or they’ll never attain the power to implement it.

They attribute this to the “ignorance” of the majority of Americans, that they wouldn’t support enlightened policy if it was honestly presented to them as a choice.

I think what happened here, though, is that the homosexuals are demanding “acceptance”, and Obama playing the political subterfuge game was tacitly admitting that homosexuality isn’t accepted by the majority.

In this case the ‘lie’ is only for the incredibly gullible or clueless voter, or those voters that don't really care but want others to think they do to fool the gullible.

Obama’s policy decisions all lined up with supporting SS marriage. the problem is many voters don't know what they are, Those decisions were targeted to rally the left to him and not alarm those against SS marriage.

Speaking of Democrats lying, it was the liberal base that outed him on this, not Republicans. They are avoiding the whole issue as best they can. It was most of those on MSNBC leading the charge telling Obama to quit playing games with this.

Yes, I can't imagine Republicans supporting a liar just to win like Dems do. A Romney supporter here in Maryland told me that Romney-care is OK because Romney said he never wanted it at the National level, Guess 'never' is pretty short time,

Don't you think it's telling the ' incredibly gullible or clueless voter' is always accepted as being Democrat?

You don't understand, The problem is not with liberals or Obama but with the close-minded voters. Obama will be able to freely talk to us when us voters catch up to liberal's currently 'evolved' state or re-election day, which-ever comes first. He is letting us ride the bike with training wheels long before he shows us how to drive the car.

Mormon's (LDS church) teachings have a term for this, it's called ‘Milk before Meat”

Not necessarily.

It just might take a little more for the light to go on.

Genesis 19:4-5, 9

4. Before they had gone to bed, all the men from every part of the city of Sodom--both young and old--surrounded the house.
5. They called to Lot, "Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us so that we can have sex with them."

9 “Get out of our way,” they replied. “This fellow came here as a foreigner, and now he wants to play the judge! We’ll treat you worse than them.” They kept bringing pressure on Lot and moved forward to break down the door.
