The Constitution is the contract between We, the People and the Several States, which established the federal government and grants it certain LIMITED powers to act in our names and on our behalf. That it has tried, almost from day One to exceed those limits does NOT mean We, the People have to continue allowing it. We are the Masters of ALL GOVERNMENT in this nation and government is our SERVANT, and NO SERVANT IS GREATER THAN HIS MASTER. Not now, not ever.

Further, the powers permitted any level of government may never exceed the authority of the grantors, that is, the individual American. We, according to the Founders, are the sole source of the governments’ “just powers.” Which means that we can only consent to have our agent do only that which WE may properly do for ourselves.
