I hesitate to recommend Rethinking Our Approach to Iran's Search for the Bomb by the Center for Strategic & International Studies' Anthony Cordesman as weekend reading, since its conclusions are just too sobering. On the other hand, the comprehensive report is rather heavy-going, and may be hard to find sufficient time to do it justice during the working-week. It is compulsory reading for anyone with an interest in strategic issues, and does a fantastic job of summing up all the most up-to-date and unclassified information available on Iran's nuclear program, with the added bonus of Cordesman's invaluable insight.

Interesting that this appears in Haaretz, the Israeli version of the NYT, the newspaper of the liberal establishment. Cordesman summarizes all of the publicly available evidence on Iran's nuclear program and comes to one conclusion. This is a final brief to put all liberal doubts at an end.
Coming as it does after the formation of a national unity government, I think the implications are clear.

I post from Haaretz quite a bit. Their slant is more than obvious on a wide range of subjects. However, I have noticed they’re pretty serious about the national security stories...especially where Iran and their proxies are concerned.

I was hoping for some new info. Of course with the current admin everything from specific battle plans to the ID of Israeli spy’s are public knowledge.
